SigniQ's philosophy is to keep everything customisable and embeddable. Rather than redirecting your customers to a separate portal, the booking widget lives inside your own site, looking and feeling native to your brand.
How SigniQ Works: Two Distinct Pages
When you register on SigniQ, your business gets two separate pages — one for you to manage the business, and one for your customers to make bookings.

Used by business owners, admins, and employees to manage everything — services, staff, schedules, bookings, queues, and communications.

Admin & EmployeesThe entry point for your team. Each business has its own dedicated login page. Use your email address to sign in and access the management dashboard.
2. Business Home Page
Admin & StaffThe main management hub after login. The same URL is used by everyone — SigniQ automatically shows the right view based on the logged-in user's role.
Full control over the entire system — setup, configuration, and operations.

Your CustomersThe customer-facing booking widget. Customers see your services or assets here and can book directly. SigniQ handles everything behind the scenes — availability checks, confirmations, and notifications.
4. Widget Embedded in Your Website
What customers seeThis is the end goal — the SigniQ booking widget living inside your own branded website. Visitors book without leaving your site; SigniQ is invisible infrastructure in the background.
How it works:
- You add a
<div>placeholder on any page of your website. - You load the SigniQ embed script with your tenant ID.
- The widget appears — fully styled, responsive, and ready to take bookings.
