This update introduces Target Flows, improves retention pricing clarity, enhances timezone consistency, adds booking capacity controls, and updates reminder configuration. It also includes billing‑address overrides and notification improvements.
A new Target Flow system allows linking an initial service to a follow‑up service — for example, a consultation followed by a treatment package. Once a flow is configured, retention reminders and tracking follow the follow‑up service, not the one already booked. Each service can belong to only one flow, either as the initial or the follow‑up (a service may also be its own follow‑up).
Businesses can now manage multi‑step service journeys with correct retention behaviour, separate pricing, and dedicated questionnaires for each step.
Customers now see a note explaining that retention pricing may apply, meaning the price shown on the main page may differ if a retention discount is enabled.
Customers understand why pricing may change, reducing confusion during booking.
All UI pages now consistently use the tenant’s timezone, including bookings, availability, and notifications.
Customers and staff see correct times everywhere, especially when operating across regions.
A new capacity field allows services, employees, or shared resources to accept multiple concurrent bookings instead of being limited to one at a time.
Businesses can offer multi‑booking scenarios — such as shared rooms, group sessions, or staff who can handle more than one booking simultaneously.
Each tenant now has their own reminder schedule. Your admin can configure reminder timings for your business as needed.
Retention and notification timing can be customised per business without affecting others.
Staff emails are now included in BCC instead of CC for notifications.
Keeps customer‑facing emails clean and avoids exposing staff email lists.
Customers can now update their billing address during booking, supporting invoice overrides.
Ensures invoices reflect correct billing details for each customer.
