SigniQ v1.4.15 – Release Notes

Date: 21-07-2026

Summary

This release focuses on improving booking clarity, calendar usability, notification control, and overall workflow organisation.

Booking date format

What changed

Booking tables now use a standard dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm format for all dates.

Why it matters

This format sorts cleanly in XLS and other tools, making exported booking data easier to analyse and work with.

ICS calendar events

What changed

All booking creation and cancellation emails now include an ICS calendar attachment.

Why it matters

Staff and customers can see bookings from their calendars without opening SigniQ, making scheduling easier for busy users.

Subscription management

What changed

A new subscription module was added, supporting two types of subscriptions:

  1. Staff subscriptions

    • Staff can subscribe to specific services or assets and receive booking notifications whenever a booking is created or updated.
    • Staff can now configure these subscriptions themselves to receieve email notifications on customer bookings.
  2. Customer subscriptions

    • Customer subscription status for reviews and retention is now shown directly in the dashboard.
    • Review requests now include an unsubscribe link to stay GDPR-friendly.
    • The new unsubscribe module tracks customer subscription status and ensures review or retention requests are only sent if the customer has not unsubscribed.

Why it matters

Notifications are now cleaner, GDPR-friendly, and fully controlled by staff and customers. Staff have better visibility and control over booking notifications, while customers can easily opt out of review or retention messages.

Minimum booking duration

What changed

Staff can now set a minimum booking notice period at the service or asset level.

Why it matters

This prevents last-minute bookings and gives teams more control over scheduling.

Reviews moved under Users

What changed

The Reviews section has been moved from Settings to the Users tab.

Why it matters

It’s a more intuitive location, making review-related information easier to find.
